Returns 

As our prints and framed prints are custom made to order, once you have placed your order, returns and exchanges are not possible. Please check sizing and choose carefully before you buy. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have before placing your order. Just drop us your enquiry to help@pedalstrokesdesign.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges of items. Please ensure you are happy with your order before making a purchase.
