RIDE INSPIRED

I'm Jules, the owner of Pedal Strokes Design which I started up in 2022, with some help from my husband, Jez. We are both enthusiastic cyclists. All my artwork is designed using Adobe Illustrator and is inspired by the various riding that we have undertaken.

Being based in Oxfordshire in the UK, the cycling is fairly flat until you get out to the beautiful rolling Cotswolds. We get our climbing fix by spending time cycling in the Alps and have completed many of the climbs featured. There are always stories to tell after each ride and experiences to be recounted. Jez will never live down the time he tried to cycle up the Col du Tourmalet, fuelled only by Coke Zero (it wasn't pretty!) and I quickly learned why Mont Ventoux is named as such!

We also love cheering the Pro riders on from the sofa and their achievements are starting to find their way onto our prints too. Pogaçar is incredible, but Wout Van Aert has stolen my heart!
